The architectural office of Dimiourgon Technima was founded in September 2000 and is the evolution of an architectural design team which started through the passion and love of its people, who had already been working in the field of building construction since 1990.

Today, the team of the architectural office of Dimiourgon Technima, is made up of architects and engineers and is the organizational architectural expression of a long-standing presence in the field of planning, studies and the implementation of renovation projects as well as new constructions concerning residences, tourism buildings, office buildings, neoclassical, listed buildings, etc.

The goal of our office is that the architecture is always adapted to the needs of the users, highlighting at the same time the aspects of the architectural design, so that each of our projects is unique. In addition to these and at all stages of the project, from the architectural proposal to the final stage of delivery of a construction project, emphasizing the integrated design of high requirements, thorough study and strict and diligent supervision, we guarantee the result.

Technical department: Since 2008, our team has been supported by two very experienced static engineers with the aim of supporting projects related to the strengthening, restoration and repair of buildings that have suffered damage due to age, earthquakes, or other causes. All our projects are supported by a team of technicians with training in the field of restoration of building projects and extensive experience.

Development : Another service related to the areas of real estate appraisal, licensing and settlement.
