Construction of New Buildings

Take a look at some of our projects, the construction of new houses carried out by our company was strictly limited to single-family houses, we have no construction experience in multi-storey buildings and we did not deal with large building constructions despite the sufficient knowledge of our partners. In any case, however, each of our projects had the identity of quality, nothing ordinary, at least in terms of interior configuration and decoration.

In the cases of the construction of new multi-storey buildings, we limited ourselves only to the Architectural design, the issuance of a building permit and the supervision of technical works.

The management and protection of the personal data of the owners - works executed by the Creator Techima, are subject to terms and conditions as well as the provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of President of the Data Protection Commission, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC).
